RETURN POLICY

Refunds are provided on unopened products in their original, sealed packaging and shape returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 15 days from the shopping date. A copy of your receipt is required. Refunds are not accepted on items returned after 15 days from shopping date (exceptions apply).

A refund will be issued for unopened merchandise only, less a 25% re-stocking fee and shipping costs.

Refunds and Exchanges are not applicable for food items, skin and hair care products, and teas if package seals are opened.

 

* Items for exchange must be returned before new items are shipped out.
